“Client” means the person or entity that is ordering the rendering services from us, including any subcontractors we may engage to perform work on behalf of our Client.
“Contract” means this agreement between you and us.
“Rendering Services” means a service provided by us.
Scope of Agreement:
This agreement sets for the terms and conditions under which we will render services to your client. It does not constitute an offer to provide services to you or anyone else. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without notice. By using our website or submitting information to us, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions set herein. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use our site or submit information to us.
If you cancel within 24 hours of placing your order with us, we will refund 100% of your deposit. After 24 hours, no refunds will be given.
All information submitted to us is considered confidential and proprietary to us. You agree not to disclose such information to third parties.
You acknowledge that the information contained in this document is accurate as of the date it was last updated. However, we make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of the information contained in this contract. We shall have no liability for any loss or damage arising out of reliance upon the contents of this document.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall we be liable to you or any other party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (including but not limited to lost profits) resulting from your access to or inability to access our website, whether based on warranty, contract, tortious behaviour, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, and whether based on breach of an express or implied warranty, misrepresentation, negligence, product liability, or otherwise.
You hereby indemnify us against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, costs, expenses, judgments, awards, fines, penalties, fees, damages, settlements, and other amounts of any kind or nature whatsoever incurred by us as a result of your violation of these terms and conditions, or any applicable laws or regulations.
These terms and conditions supersede any previous agreements relating to the subject matter hereof. These terms and conditions may only be modified in writing and signed by both parties. Any failure to comply with these terms and conditions constitutes a material breach of this agreement. The rights granted to each party hereunder may not be assigned or transferred by either party without the written consent of the other party.
